Unzip and move to your Desktop

Double-click the downloaded zip to unzip it, then move the outreach-pilot folder to your Desktop so it's easy to find.

Run the installer

Double-click Install.command inside the folder.

⚠️ If Mac says "cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer" — right-click the file → Open → Open anyway. This is normal for new apps.

Double-click Install.bat inside the folder.

⚠️ If Windows SmartScreen appears, click "More info" → "Run anyway". This is normal for new apps.

The installer sets up Python and all dependencies automatically. It takes about 2 minutes.

Start the app

✓ The dashboard will open automatically in your browser at localhost:5555. Enter your license key when prompted.

Connect your LinkedIn account

🛡️ Influentia never stores your LinkedIn password. We use a session cookie — the same way your browser stays logged in — which you can revoke any time by logging out of LinkedIn.

Open LinkedIn in Chrome and make sure you're logged in

Go to linkedin.com. If you're not logged in, do that first.

Open Chrome DevTools

Press F12 on Windows, or ⌘ + Option + I on Mac. A panel will open at the bottom or side of your browser.

Find the "li_at" cookie

In the DevTools panel, click Application (you may need to click the » arrow to find it). Then: Cookies → www.linkedin.com → find the row named li_at.

Copy the full value and paste it in the dashboard

Click on the li_at row, then double-click the value in the bottom panel to select all of it. Copy it.

Back in the Influentia dashboard, go to Settings → LinkedIn and paste it in the "LinkedIn Session Cookie" field. Click Save.

✓ The dashboard will show a green "Connected" status when the cookie is valid.

Fill in your profile settings

Go to Settings → Profile. Enter your name, company, what you're selling, and your booking link (Calendly, etc). This is what Claude uses to write your messages — be specific about your offering.

Find your first leads

Go to Lead Finder. Describe your ideal customer in plain language — e.g. "Founders of B2B service businesses in Australia who post on LinkedIn". Click Search and Influentia will find matching LinkedIn profiles.

Review and approve leads

Go through the list and mark the ones that look good. You can remove anyone who isn't a fit. Quality over quantity — start with 20-30 leads.

Start outreach

Go to Outreach and click Start. Influentia will send up to 15 connection requests per day — safely within LinkedIn's limits. Check back daily to review replies and conversations.

⚠️ Don't increase the daily limit — 15/day is intentional to keep your account safe. LinkedIn monitors unusual activity.

Check replies in the Conversations tab

When prospects reply, Influentia responds automatically using Claude AI. You can jump in manually at any time by toggling "Manual mode" on a conversation.
