1. Your use of Influentia

Influentia is a software service provided "as-is" for automating LinkedIn outreach. You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and applicable laws when using this tool.

2. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that your LinkedIn account will not be flagged, restricted, or suspended. Influentia is designed with safety features (rate limiting, CAPTCHA detection, auto-pause on warnings), but automation carries inherent risk. LinkedIn actively discourages automation tools. You use this software at your own risk.

3. No liability

Influentia is not liable for:

• LinkedIn account restrictions, suspensions, or bans.
• Loss of leads, messages, or data.
• Interruption or downtime of the service.
• Any indirect or consequential damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

4. Subscription and billing

• You receive a 7-day free trial with full access.
• After the trial ends, we charge $29/month on a recurring basis.
• Billing is handled securely by Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
• You can cancel anytime from your account portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. License key

Your license key is personal to you and your subscription. You may not share, resell, or distribute it. If your key is compromised, contact support and we'll issue a replacement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Influentia to scrape, harvest, or bulk-export LinkedIn data.
• Send spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the software.
• Use the service to violate LinkedIn's ToS or any applicable law.

7. Changes to service

We may update, modify, or discontinue Influentia at any time. If we discontinue the service, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
